Operations research and history
Current PDS policy and operating documentation is maintained in the personal design-system workspace.
This local folder now contains two durable collections:
Dated workspace exports
workspace-export/ contains offline Markdown snapshots of the current workspace operating-model pages. The latest capture is 2026-08-07. These files support local search and coding-agent context; workspace remains authoritative.
Reference-system research
The eight top-level system profiles and _synthesis.md are the factual research set created before the PDS operating work. sources/ contains the dated raw snapshots, normalized Markdown, manifest, and coverage report used to support that research.
These files remain in their original locations because corpus metadata and discovery records refer to them by path.
Archived PDS working material
archive/ contains recoverable local history:
2026-07-research-and-decisions/: gap follow-up, open questions, contradiction resolution, and model review.2026-07-operating-model-drafts/: superseded full-document operating-model variants.2026-08-local-page-drafts/: local drafts used to create or inform workspace pages.
Archived content may contain superseded decisions and stale relative links. Use workspace for current meaning.
